Hey everybody, my name is Maximilian Bauer and I am the founder of Matter & Mind. I am an educated sports scientist and very experienced in the topics of nutrition, training, and spirit. Currently, I am studying M. Sc. Sport and Exercise Science at the Technical University of Munich and working as a trainer for Kieser Training and as a personal trainer for Stadtsport München. In the past, I already have worked as a ski instructor, as a soccer trainer for the Hamburger SV, and also in the area of sports medicine as a scientific worker. During this time and due to my academic education, I have gained a lot of knowledge in the topics of nutrition, training, and spirit. For these reasons, I think that I can help you for receiving your goals (athletic performance, weight loss, healthy behavior, etc.) in these areas.
