There our psyche and our body are often neglected, which ultimately leads to stress and depression. The numbers in this regard are clear! But what can I do to stay in a unit with myself and restore my work-life balance? Let me say this: There are many options!

MEDITATION

"Take a deep breath and relax!" That is always the first sentence of my meditation experience on the internet. It sounds so clear and easy! But there is more to do than just breathing and relaxing! You need to be aware of yourself and clear your head from unnecessary thoughts. This will take time! But it is necessary for our society to stay in a healthy mind. Let's do it together!

COLD EXPOSURE

Since I first looked a documentation about Wim Hof on YouTube, I have been impressed by his energy and motivation. He showed me that the body is capable of so much more if you only train him accordingly. So for two years now, I regularly go into the cold water or take a cold shower. MOTIVATION

I admire people who can go on and move forward regardless of what they have experienced. That was also one of the reasons why I decided to do a triathlon. I wanted to go beyond my own limits! Because we set our limits in our heads. This means: "Your body can stand almost anything. It´s your mind that you have to convince."

In winter, I offer on a regular basis ice bathing for beginners in Munich. This method is very exhausting for our body but also helpful to stay in a unit with ourselves!

Breathing training is an easy and also very short technique to calm down your mind and switch off from a stressy day! You only need to take your time for that.
